A month ago, Monopoly announced that they're going to retire one of the classic tokens, and replace it with a brand new token. After a month of voting on Facebook between toy robot, guitar, helicopter and diamond ring- the cat emerges as the winner. Also, it is the iron token that bites the dust at the end with a close race between wheelbarrow and shoe.
Hasbro will replace the iron token right away with the new cat token on every Monopoly products. So those of you who wants the classic tokens set have to pick up the game right away.
Personally I don't mind the iron being replaced, but I was hoping the guitar would replace it.
